Kawasan Falls—is closed every 3rd Wednesday of the month for a clean-up drive and as a rest day for Tour guides.
Gen. Rules & Guidelines
1.Tours are available every day and minimum of 2 pax to book. The tour will proceed regardless of the number of participants.
2. Children under the age of ten (10) are not permitted to swim with whale sharks or participate in snorkeling activities. They can watch from the boat.
3. Whale shark sightings are not guaranteed because to their unpredictable nature, harsh weather, and other environmental conditions beyond our control. There will be no refunds if whale sharks are not observed throughout the tour.
4. Do not touch the whale sharks. Avoid using sunscreen and cosmetics to protect animals from dangerous chemicals. Instead, wear long-sleeved clothing. Follow the safety rules and keep a reasonable distance from the whale sharks. Fines may be issued for violating these regulations. These standards ensure that all participants have a safe and pleasurable experience while also safeguarding whale sharks and the environment.
5. Canyoneering is an extreme sport that involves traveling downstream and jumping off cliffs (optional for jumps exceeding 10 feet). Participants in this activity should be in good health before participating.
6. Canyoneering is not ideal for children aged 0-10 years. Children under 10 years old can go canyoneering at Kawasan Falls with an adult guide.
7. Large luggage is not allowed for this activity. Please store your luggage at your hotel.
8. There is no travel insurance covered on the tour. This tour operator / travel agency shall not be liable for any accidents, loss of belongings or injury.
9. Booking must be made 2 days before the tour. For booking less than 2 days, please contact us
10. A reservation fee is needed to book a joiners tour deductible from the total amount. Full payment will be collected in cash by the assigned driver on tour date before the tour starts.
