1. Tour Availability: Tours are available every day. The tour will proceed regardless of the number of participants.
2. Age Restrictions: Children under the age of ten (10) are not permitted to swim with whale sharks or participate in snorkeling activities. They can watch from the boat.
3. No Sighting Policy: Whale shark sightings are not guaranteed because to their unpredictable nature, harsh weather, and other environmental conditions beyond our control. There will be no refunds if whale sharks are not observed throughout the tour.
4. Whale Shark Interaction Guidelines: Do not touch the whale sharks. Avoid using sunscreen and cosmetics to protect animals from dangerous chemicals. Instead, wear long-sleeved clothing. Follow the safety rules and keep a reasonable distance from the whale sharks. Fines may be issued for violating these regulations. These standards ensure that all participants have a safe and pleasurable experience while also safeguarding whale sharks and the environment.
5. Luggage Policy: Large luggage is not allowed for this activity. Please keep your luggage at your hotel during shared tours.
6. Travel Insurance Policy : There is no travel insurance covered on the tour. This tour operator shall not be liable for any accidents, loss of belongings or injury.
7. No. of pax : Minimum of 2 pax to book. Booking must be made 2 days before the tour. For booking less than 2 days, please contact us
8. Reservation Fee : A Php 1,000.00 reservation fee is needed to book a joiners tour deductible from the total amount. Full payment will be collected in cash by the assigned driver on tour date before the tour starts.

4. The tour requires a minimum of three (3) travelers to proceed. If this condition is not met, there are three options:
- Guests have the option to continue the tour (incase of unmet minimum numbers of joiners) if they agree to shoulder the additional cost required for the tour.
- Reschedule the tour for a different date.
- Get a complete refund.
If the minimum number of travelers is not met, we will notify you via email at least 2 to 3 days before your booked tour.
