When you avail any of the travel services that KAGANA TOURS INC. have to offer, you are entering into a deal with the company and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions that are listed here. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before you make a payment.
What kind of personal information do we gather and why:
Comments
When people leave comments on the site, we take the information from the comments form as well as their IP address and the user agent string from their browser. This helps us find spam.
The Gravatar service may get an anonymous string made from your email address, called a password, to check if you are using it. Here is where you can find the Gravatar service’s privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, the public can see your profile picture next to your message.
Forms of contact
When someone fills out a contact form, we use the woocommerce form and the fluent contact form app to get their personal information. We keep contact form submissions for a certain amount of time so we can help customers, but we don’t use the information sent through them for marketing or to confirm bookings.
Cookies
You can choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies if you leave a review on our site. These are for your convenience so you don’t have to re-enter your information every time you leave a message. These cookies can be kept for a year.
If you have an account and log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to see if your computer can handle cookies. This cookie has no personal information in it, and when you close your computer, it goes away.
When you log in, we’ll also set up a few cookies to remember your login information and the way you want your screen to look. Cookies for logging in last for two days, and cookies for setting up your screen last for a year. If you choose “Remember Me,” you will be able to use the same login for two weeks. If you sign out of your account, the cookies that let you sign in will be deleted.
If you make changes to a story or publish it, your browser will save an extra cookie. This cookie doesn’t contain any personal information; it just shows the post ID of the item you just edited. It’s only good for one day.
TOUR PACKAGE RESERVATION
- Each tour package can be used for a private tour every day unless specific travel times are given.
- You can make reservations by calling us, using our website, Facebook page, Viber or WhatsApp
- All prices on the website include taxes and fees from KAGANA TOURS INC.
- Rates are based on the lowest-priced service for each item listed, taking into account savings that may or may not be available.
- You have to book in advance. At least one (1) day before the times you want to travel, and it depends on availability.
- For all bookings, we need a down payment of 30% from the total amount of the tour to be availed before we can confirm your booking.
- When a down payment is made after office hours, the booking is thought to be for the next day.
- When you make a reservation, you will be asked for your email address. This will be used to send a confirmation email to the address you gave.
- Only the entrance/ venue fees will be discounted for seniors and/or people with disabilities. Car rental rates don’t apply if an adult and a child are with you.
HOTEL RESERVATION
There is NEVER a guarantee that a hotel room will be available. Not all times are available. The cancellation policy still applies. The website’s published hotel rates are subject to terms and conditions and are not valid during peak season.
PRICE POLICY
All package rates are based on rates that were known when the book was written. The price of a package is per person. KAGANA TOURS INC. has a policy that says “No hidden charges.” Price includes value-added tax and KAGANA TOURS INC. fees. Prices can change without prior notice, and there will be terms and conditions. KAGANA TOURS INC. has the right to re-price or re-quote for any extra costs that may have come up, such as government taxes, hotel surcharges, or changes in rates.
PAYMENT
KAGANA TOURS INC. needs a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the tour. Payment can be made to KAGANA TOURS INC. thru the following channels:
- Credit/ debit card
- PayPal
- Bank transfers
- Online transfers
Your reservation is not finalized until KAGANA TOURS INC. receives the deposit and sends you a confirmation email. Your reservation will also be canceled automatically if the needed payment is not received by the due date, and KAGANA TOURS INC. reserves the right to charge cancellation fees if necessary. When the down payment is made, the price is locked in.
If you want to pay ONLINE, please let us know when you book your room. After we get your order from our website, we’ll send you an email with an invoice or a link to the invoice. You can use the link on the bill to pay with a credit card.
Credit card/debit card or PayPal.
Please check and double-check your statement invoice carefully and get in touch with KAGANA TOURS INC. right away if it looks wrong or is missing information, as it may not be possible to make changes later. KAGANA TOURS INC. can’t be held responsible for mistakes if we don’t hear about them within 5 days of sending the bill. If there are mistakes on your bill, KAGANA TOURS INC. has the right to send you a new one with the right prices.
KAGANA TOURS INC. is not responsible for package reservations that are canceled because a deposit was not paid before the tour date.
HOW TO CANCEL AND GET A REFUND
KAGANA TOURS INC. gives a FULL refund to people who paid the full amount or a 30% down payment and canceled at least 72 hours before the activity. If you try to cancel in less than 2 days, or 48 hours, you won’t be able to, and you won’t get your money back.
KAGANA TOURS INC. has the right to cancel tours that have already been paid for if a natural disaster or a government order makes it necessary. Guests will be able to get a refund (minus any service fees) or move their reservation to a different date.
KAGANA TOURS INC. has the right to cancel the tour or any member of the group without a refund if it is found that they are not physically fit to do the activity, like canyoneering, even after the tour has started. This could be because they are sick, drunk, etc.
KAGANA TOURS INC. will not give you a refund if other people in your group cancel or if you miss parts of your trip because your flight was canceled, rescheduled, or delayed, or if the Immigration Consulate won’t let you travel after you check in at the airport. KAGANA TOURS INC. is also not responsible for any extra costs you might have to pay before joining your trip if you miss your departure flight.
There are NO REFUNDS for transportation, entrance fees, hotels, or tours that were not used. If you have to leave the tour after it has started, we’re sorry to say that we won’t be able to give you your money back. The terms and conditions of the supplier apply.
Most refunds take between 20 and 30 working days.
NO SIGHTSEEING POLICY
There is a 1% chance that we won’t see whale sharks on the tour. This could be because nature is uncertain, the weather is bad, or there are other environmental factors we can’t control. We’re sorry to say that you won’t get your money back for the transportation costs.
REVISION
If you change your confirmed ticket, you may have to pay a fee per person, unless the change makes the booking more valuable.
Confirmed reservations can be given to someone else or changed to a different name or location, as long as the change doesn’t make the booking more expensive. Confirmed reservations may also be changed or adjusted if the entrance fees to their destinations or meal fees (if available) go up. This is because our price policy says that guests should pay for their own meals.
SAFETY
Please be aware that risks and dangers that are out of our control could happen on your tour planned through KAGANA TOURS INC.. These include, but are not limited to:
the risks of going in areas that haven’t been developed yet, by boat, train, car, plane, or other means of transportation, by natural forces, by political unrest, by acts of lawlessness or terrorism, and by accident or illness in remote areas without a way to get out quickly or medical facilities.
KAGANA TOURS INC. will not be responsible for giving medical care or making sure that care given is good enough. KAGANA TOURS INC. will do its best to make sure that the right steps are taken, but if you agree to go on a tour, you agree that you won’t hold KAGANA TOURS INC. responsible for any medical care you get or how well it is done.
